Job Description:
As a Strategic Business Growth Manager at Zyoin Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. You will work closely with our delivery team to ensure customer success and maintain engaging relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and business development with organizations
- Developing sales in targeted markets for the staffing industry, achieving end-to-end relationships and business opportunities from clients leading to revenue growth
- Research and identify prospective customers
- Developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-selling and cross-selling potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet
- Maintaining engaging relationships with our customers and helping them during any escalations
- Working closely with the delivery team to ensure customer success
- Understanding in-depth the current market trends and our service offerings
- Participating in team meetings and contributing valuable ideas
- Growing the business through penetration in existing and new verticals/customer segments
- Promoting the company's business to prospective clients; representing the organization in events and making pitches to prospective customers
- Meeting clients to establish business relations, sign agreements, etc.
