Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to scale up the holidays business in the B2C and B2B markets.
  • Manage and mentor a team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to derive commercial value for the company.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify areas of growth and opportunity.
  • Design and build competitive products across different geographies.
  • Define and monitor processes for sales, post-sales, and vendor payments.

Requirements

  • 10 years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • Proven track record of growing a holidays department with direct involvement in hiring and managing product, operations, and sales teams.
  • Existing relationships with vendors and experience in contract negotiation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and people handling skills.
