Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to scale up the holidays business in the B2C and B2B markets.
- Manage and mentor a team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to derive commercial value for the company.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify areas of growth and opportunity.
- Design and build competitive products across different geographies.
- Define and monitor processes for sales, post-sales, and vendor payments.
Requirements
- 10 years of relevant experience in the industry.
- Proven track record of growing a holidays department with direct involvement in hiring and managing product, operations, and sales teams.
- Existing relationships with vendors and experience in contract negotiation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and people handling skills.
