Job Role: Experienced HCM Implementation Expert

This senior-level role entails overseeing Workday HCM project management, necessitating a deep understanding of HCM modules, integrations, and collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with clients to gather requirements and document critical decisions, ensuring seamless project execution.
  2. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design through testing and deployment, utilizing exceptional organizational and time management techniques.
  3. Translate client business requirements into specific Workday configurations for various modules, guaranteeing alignment with client goals.
  4. Work directly with clients to analyze and document problems, recommend solutions, and initiate corrective actions, promoting continuous improvement.
  5. Prepare test scenarios and execute test cases in different testing cycles, validating system functionality.
  6. Guide clients during testing cycles and prototype development, fostering a collaborative environment.
  7. Manage multiple parallel projects using advanced organizational and time management techniques, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  8. Perform design validation and identify areas of improvement, refining processes for optimal performance.
  9. Develop training materials, SOPs, etc., for Workday processes, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
  10. Conduct workshops, trainings, and knowledge transfer sessions with clients, enhancing their expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Workday HCM implementation and support, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Advanced functional knowledge of at least one Workday HCM module, enabling expert-level configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in configuring Workday HCM modules to meet client requirements, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong command of HR domain and business process flows, ensuring seamless integration with client operations.

Requirements:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday releases and new features, staying ahead of industry developments.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in recruiting/onboarding, learning management, or time tracking, broadening skill sets.
