About the Role

As a seasoned HCM implementation expert, you will be responsible for configuring and deploying Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to meet our organization's complex business requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and have hands-on experience with end-to-end implementations. You should be well-versed in functional and technical aspects of payroll, absence management, and compensational processes within Oracle Cloud.

We are seeking an individual who can analyze our organizational needs, design customized solutions, and implement them efficiently. Your expertise should encompass process improvement, system integration, and change management.

Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption of our HCM solutions. A strong background in Oracle Cloud, coupled with exceptional communication and project management skills, is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement customized Oracle HCM solutions to meet our business objectives.
  • Analyze organizational requirements and develop tailored implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective solution adoption.
  • Provide expert-level support for payroll, absence management, and compensational processes within Oracle Cloud.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in implementing Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including payroll, absence management, and compensational processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
