As a Senior Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and shaping the company's pricing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of pricing experiments across product and marketing touch-points.
  • Determine optimal price points for new and existing SKUs using structured experimentation and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the pricing roadmap.
  • Conduct market, user behavior, and competitive research to inform pricing strategies.
  • Optimize the subscription funnel by identifying and implementing data-backed improvements.
  • Translate research and experimentation results into actionable monetization opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in pricing, growth, strategy, or analytics roles.
  • Tier 1 academic background, ideally with a degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or business.
  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies and packaging strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or similar platforms.
