  • Job Summary:
  • - Oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations.

  • - Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the customer base.

  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.

  3. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
  4. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • - At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • - Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly valued.
  • - Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience managing P&L for a business unit.
  • - Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
