Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Client Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively calling prospective clients from provided leads and directories, engaging in meaningful conversations with high-net-worth-individuals/ultra-high-net-worth-individuals (HNIs/UHNIs) to communicate the value of our premium products.
You will qualify potential leads, schedule appointments/meetings for our sales team, and maintain/update call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Additionally, you will handle basic client queries and route complex concerns appropriately, working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent command of both Hindi & English – verbal and written, with a pleasing personality and outstanding telephone etiquette.
You should possess strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, along with prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales coordination.
A comfort in speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally, ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets is essential.
