Deployment Liaison

This role is a crucial part of our customer-facing team, dedicated to ensuring seamless onboarding and deployment of our software solutions.
We are looking for an individual who can combine technical expertise with exceptional communication skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Prioritize building trust-based relationships with customers through active listening and empathy
- Develop in-depth understanding of our software products and services to address client queries and concerns effectively
- Foster collaboration between internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Lead training sessions for restaurant staff on the effective use of our software solutions
- Provide remote and on-site support to guarantee high availability for customers
- Proactively engage with clients to anticipate needs and offer tailored solutions
- Evaluate user feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to product development initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Communicate complex technical information in clear, friendly, and professional language
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly available, and have a passion for delivering great user experiences. A strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.
Requirements- 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains
- Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting (POS systems, printers, networks)
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.)
- Ability to train and educate end-users across different roles
- Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure
- Highly available and willing to travel locally within the assigned metro city for client visits
- Passion for technology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences
