Key Responsibilities
  • Filling shifts during out-of-hours periods is a critical aspect of this job, requiring effective time management and prioritization.
  • Communication with candidates and clients is essential, particularly in cases where swift action is required.
  • New agency booking requests must be handled promptly and efficiently, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Shifts should be uploaded to the CRM system, whether received from recruiters or clients via email or portals, for accurate record-keeping and timely updates.
  • Candidates need to be contacted regarding shift availability, including cross-checking client-provided spreadsheets for accuracy and completeness.
  • The client Rota must be reviewed regularly, with all shifts in the CRM matched and amendments made where necessary to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Late logins and cancellations occurring during OOH periods require immediate attention and management.
  • Enquiries from new candidates should be uploaded to the CRM system and they should be contacted for an up-to-date CV and any additional information required.
  • Client compliance checklists for new candidates must be completed as part of the onboarding process.
  • Support is required for the compliance team, particularly with new candidate registrations and ongoing maintenance.
  • Chasing compliance documents from working candidates over the weekend is necessary due to limited communication channels during business hours.
  • Continuous monitoring of client portals and emails is crucial throughout the day to stay informed and respond promptly to queries.
  • Missing timesheets should be chased as required, ensuring timely submission and accurate record-keeping.
  • Client trackers should be kept updated with real-time information to provide transparency and visibility into project progress.
  • The OOH handover sheet must be maintained and updated in real-time to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure continuity.
