Job Title: Human Resources Support Specialist

Our team is seeking a dependable and adaptable individual to join us as a Human Resources Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate should be able to assist in various HR tasks, including employee onboarding, HRIS management, and policy support. They should also be able to coordinate events and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences.
  • HRIS Management: Support in maintaining accurate data on our attendance, leave, documents, birthdays, and anniversaries.
  • Policy Support: Draft, update, and communicate People policies.
  • Event & Engagement: Coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins.

In this role, you will learn systems, shadow onboarding and admin tasks, own data accuracy, vendor coordination, and support events.
