Overview:

The Human Resource Management Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete HR lifecycle of an organization. This includes talent acquisition, learning & development, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.">
  • Learning & Development (L&D): Conduct training need analysis in collaboration with department heads. Plan, schedule, and implement internal and external training programs.">
  • HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records and handle documentation. Oversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management in coordination with Finance.">
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives such as rewards & recognition, team-building, and town halls.">
  • HR Policies, Systems & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain and update the employee handbook, code of conduct, and HR SOPs.">

Qualifications & Experience:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related field.">
  • Master's degree or MBA in human resources management or post-graduate diploma in HR from a recognized institute.">
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in HR functions including recruitment, operations, and L&D.">

  • Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll basics, labour laws, and HR processes.">
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and employee relationship management skills.">
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, Excel, and document management tools.">
