Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end administrative support to stores and office, including vendor management, maintenance of assets, and coordination of events.
Responsibilities:
- Manage vendors and maintain accurate records of their performance.
- Provide administrative support to stores and office, including reception duties and handling correspondence.
- Maintain assets, including equipment and supplies, to ensure optimal functioning and efficiency.
- Coordinate events, including meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
- Travel to various locations as required.
- Manage inventory of supplies and assets.
- Supervise the work of HK/Security/Delivery boys and office assistants to ensure a hygienic workplace and smooth operations.
- Process procurement requests, purchase orders, goods received notes, and invoices.
- Recommend cost-saving options.
- Audit the workplace to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive and organised approach to multitasking.
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to travel within and outside Bangalore.
