Job Title: Production Merchandiser

We're a fast-growing activewear brand focused on delivering high-performance, stylish apparel for fitness enthusiasts. At Pace Active, we take pride in our control over quality, speed, and design innovation.

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Production Merchandiser who can bridge the gap between design, production, and sales, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality activewear products.

  1. Skill 1: Work closely with the design team to organize sample development, approvals, fabric and trim procurement for production orders.
  2. Skill 2: Liaise directly with the in-house production team to monitor sample production, resolve technical or production issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  3. Skill 3: Work on product costing and optimal selling price. Support cost control efforts by monitoring fabric usage, trims, and production processes to optimize efficiency without compromising quality.
  4. Skill 4: Conduct regular quality checks at key production stages, highlight defects or deviations, and implement corrective measures in collaboration with production and quality teams.
  5. Skill 5: Maintain accurate production tracking documents and provide timely updates to the design, sourcing, and management teams regarding production status and any potential delays.
  6. Skill 6: Work with design, sales, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on delivery timelines, material availability, and order fulfillment.
  7. Skill 7: Manage and track the production schedule from development through bulk manufacturing, ensuring timelines are met for seasonal collections and special projects.
  8. Skill 8: Ensure all tech packs, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and production specifications are complete, accurate, and communicated to the production floor.
