Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Store Manager for our Surat location This is a full-time mid-level position within Reliance Ritu Kumar As an Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing store operations ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing retail business Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in Business Administration Retail Management or a related field At least 3 years of experience in a retail or store management role Strong understanding of retail operations including inventory management sales strategies and visual merchandising Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers staff and management Sound knowledge in the fashion and apparel industry with a focus on luxury brands and products Proficiency in using retail management software and other office applications Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment Roles and Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Supervise and train store staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets Monitor inventory levels and oversee the ordering and stocking of merchandise Implement visual merchandising guidelines to maintain an attractive and organized store layout Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product offerings and store performance Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards including health and safety regulations Coordinate with other departments and vendors to support store operations and achieve business goals
