Job Title: Employee Engagement

 

The role of an Employee Engagement professional is to develop and execute programs that boost workforce morale, productivity, and overall job satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct regular feedback surveys to analyze results and inform engagement strategies.
  • Organize team-building activities, events, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee suggestions and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.

Performance Management System (PMS):

  • Implement and manage the organization's performance management system.
  • Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely and accurate performance assessments.
  • Analyze performance data to support learning and development planning.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment through transparent communication and fair practices.
  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide analysis to reduce attrition and improve workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of human resources principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from engagement and performance data.

Education: Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
