
Strategic Business Developer

The Partner Alliance Manager plays a critical role within the partner alliances team, fostering relationships with technology partners and collaborating with various teams to drive awareness, enablement, growth, and profitability of assigned partner solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute overall strategy, short-term and long-term goals, and commitments for fiscal targets
- Establish and maintain top-level relationships with partners and OEMs
- Build rapport with partner leadership teams
- Raise awareness of our capabilities and direction
- Understand partner tiering requirements
- Stay knowledgeable about competency and certification programs
- Monitor progress toward goals and exceed expectations
- Collaborate continuously with engineering, business development operations, and corporate marketing teams
- Lead sales enablement efforts for sales teams
- Develop and execute partner business plans and strategies
- Enable field sales teams through training and support
- Conduct strategic account planning
- Maintain manager relationships
- Develop marketing strategies and enhance brand awareness
- Create and implement go-to-market messaging and platform content
- Bachelor's or higher degree or equivalent experience
- Previous successful partner management experience (desired)
- Strong executive relationship-building skills
- Ability to directly impact and grow technology business across sales divisions
- Minimum 5 years of sales or business experience in the technology field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Strong program management skills with ability to manage multiple projects/partners simultaneously
- Capacity to work under uncertainty and incomplete data sets
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
