
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Executive/Admin to join our organization.
- This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and transfer calls to relevant personnel or departments as required.
- Manage internal and external calls, providing updates and assistance as needed.
- Maintain day-to-day administrative tasks, including canteen, housekeeping, security, and other related duties.
- Prepare data and reports related to HR and admin functions, such as overtime, canteen details, and other metrics.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Scan, print, and file documents.
- Arrange appointments, activities, and schedules.
- Manage front office supplies and inventory.
- Greet and manage guests.
- Welcome guests and visitors.
- Arrange tea, coffee, and drinking water.
- Set up arrangements after confirmation from concerned personnel.
- Arrange lunch for visitors.
- Maintain pantry stock, including tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, and other essentials.
- Maintain crockery items, such as mugs, cups, and guest lunch sets.
- Maintain chocolate stock against WoW cards.
- Manage office boy tasks during guest visits and in the office.
- Check and process tea invoices monthly.
- Daily maintain courier entries and send to parties.
- Distribute couriers to the relevant person and maintain records.
- Check and process monthly courier invoices.
- Provide courier details as required.
- Resolve any issues related to couriers.
- Maintain library registers and issue books.
- Send reminders after due dates.
- Motivate employees to read books.
