Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of the digital engagement strategy across websites, social media platforms, and mobile channels for all brands under the Company. This role is integral to the marketing team and will focus on positioning the Company as an engaging brand through creative storytelling, content creation, and impactful customer interaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Lead insights into digital trends across all areas of multicultural communities and social platforms">
  • Produce, edit, and distribute original content, articles, feature stories, and special content to grow audiences, awareness, and engagement metrics/conversion across multiple platforms">
  • Develop and present recommendations for increasing ratings and review traffic through third parties (e.g Google, etc.)">
  • Write, proofread, and edit advertising/social media content materials and other forms of communication published on social media platforms">
  • Ensure brand and business message integration is clearly articulated in all aspects of marketing and branding">
  • Contribute to marketing calendar keeping content refreshed, accurate, and up-to-date; work closely with operations teams to develop ideas for content on relevant topics, showcasing specific/seasonal themes and events">
  • Drive research and awareness of effective social media campaigns to continually evolve channel strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business">

Requirements

To succeed as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Defence Bakery Pvt. Ltd., you must possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with a minimum 3 years of experience managing online communities and digital platforms for brands.

You should have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English, as well as practical knowledge of creative software and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). Ability to manage multiple tasks, detail-oriented, and self-motivated are also essential qualities for this role.

As a highly dynamic and challenging opportunity, this position offers a salary of approximately ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience.
