About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and take on a challenging role in operational management. As a Rail & Inland Terminals Executive - Documentation, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at Gate, yard, rail warehouse (EXIM/Domestic).

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely gate in and gate out operations as per SLAs, preparing various reports, and planning to utilize equipment optimally. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with internal employees, external vendors, customers, and government authorities.

Key Objectives
  • To achieve faster turnaround of trucks/trailors containers
  • To ensure compliance related to EXIM, customs railways
  • Ensuring Proper Customer Correspondence and relationship
  • Ensuring Operational KPIs are achieved
Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for smooth operations at Gate, yard, rail warehouse (EXIM/Domestic)
  2. Ensure timely gate in and gate out operations as per SLAs
  3. Ensure to prepare various reports showing with concerned in time
  4. Ensure there should not be any revenue leakages
  5. Plan to utilize equipment optimally and its proper management
  6. Ensure to bring efficiency in operations by providing best timely service to customers
  7. To have zero customer complaints
  8. Cost saving initiatives
  9. To follow safety and security norms of the company strictly and its implementation on the ground
  10. Maintaining Gross Margin at format level
  11. Managing Team off-roll and on-rolls Attrition within 5%
  12. Maintaining Customer Level Operations SLA
  13. Maintaining Customer Level Transpiration SLA
Requirements
  • Good Communication skills in English language, both oral and written
  • Qualification - Graduate / Experience - Minimum - 5 years
  • To have very good knowledge of word, excel PPT as well as Software
