Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Deputy Manager-Operations. This position will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across international tour programs.

The ideal candidate should possess 5–6 years of relevant experience in the travel and destination management industry, with a strong background in travel operations, customer service, and vendor coordination.

","

Key Responsibilities include scheduling and assigning Tour Managers for various travel programs, maintaining and monitoring tour costs, ensuring smooth customer service, building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal operations teams, cross-verifying invoices, managing claim-related breakages, addressing customer complaints during travel, monitoring and optimizing Gross Operating Profit (GOP) for tours, improving staff productivity and operational efficiency, coordinating with suppliers and Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and managing pre-departure formalities by coordinating with corporate clients and travelers.

Responsibilities also include managing space allocation during tours, improving operational processes, and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

","

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are also required, along with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

","

Professional certifications or training in areas such as operations management, customer service, or project management would be beneficial for this role.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices, as well as experience working with vendors and suppliers.
