This role plays a pivotal part in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent for our clients across various industries, with an emphasis on technology and IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and culture fit for each role.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent, including passive candidates and niche skill sets.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Utilize multiple platforms such as job boards, social media channels, and other tools to source potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews to evaluate technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed candidate profiles and insights.

Job Description Writing and Market Research:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to create comprehensive, accurate, and compelling job descriptions.
  • Stay updated on current market trends, competitive salary benchmarking, and emerging technologies to effectively match candidates with client needs.

Client and Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates through every stage of the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Frequently follow up with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

Interview Coordination and Candidate Management:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Gather feedback from both candidates and clients post-interviews to improve future recruitment efforts.

Offer Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate offers and ensure alignment with both candidate expectations and client requirements.
  • Handle candidate counteroffers and ensure a successful closure to the recruitment process.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to management, highlighting key metrics and progress.

Employer Branding and Marketing:

  • Work on creating and promoting Mergen Partners' employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Leverage content marketing, social media, and networking to raise awareness about job opportunities.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT or software development sectors, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
