About the Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Sector 15, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting recruitment activities, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating with clients to understand their hiring needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal skills in English, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for recruitment and HR industry. You will also be able to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting recruitment activities for various clients
  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for interviews
  • Coordinating with clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Assisting in the on-boarding process of selected candidates
  • Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics
