About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Northumbria University India Liaison Office in Gurugram. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about international recruitment and has a strong understanding of the Indian market.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the processing of all student applications from submission to outcome, ensuring timely and efficient handling of applications within the standards set by the University. They will also offer high-quality customer service to applicants at all stages of the application process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the processing of student applications, managing data to ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act
  2. Offer exceptional customer service to applicants throughout the application process
  3. Manage student data, gathering references and supporting documents as required
  4. Liaise with team members and academics to ensure prompt and thorough academic consideration of each applicant
  5. Produce weekly admissions data for the University's Committee and Board
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' industry experience
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market and recruitment trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
