We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at AideWiser SolTek. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the full cycle of recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.

Your primary focus will be on attracting, selecting, and developing top talent to drive business growth and success. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop strategies to meet those requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and implementing innovative solutions to improve our recruitment processes.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of closing positions with clients and achieving recruitment targets
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, industry trends, and best practices
  • Experience with recruitment software and tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in hiring for product companies or VC-funded startups
  • Experience in managing B2B business
  • Experience in key account management
