Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Providing administrative support to the MD/CEO
• Conducting regular internal compliance checks and ensuring adherence to legal and company policies
• Preparing applications for necessary accreditations and credentials for the organization
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
• Managing office services and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operation
• Formatting and organizing internal and external communications for clarity and professionalism
• Participating as a core team member to support the development and growth of the organization
• Ensuring timely and accurate flow of information between departments and stakeholders
• Maintaining filing systems and managing documentation effectively
• Coordinating travel arrangements and events, ensuring logistics are organized and executed smoothly
• Assisting in managing the organization's social media presence and management
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Qualified BBA/ B.com/ BA LLB with minimum 1yr of similar work experience
• Proficiency in Tally and strong understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with social media platforms and management tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team
• Working experience in a CA Firm/Financial Services is preferred
