Job Description

We are seeking an experienced implementation specialist with a proven track record of successful Coupa implementations. The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of Coupa modules including sourcing, contracts, procure, invoice, expenses, and integration setup.

  • Configuration and support experience of Coupa modules including sourcing, contracts, procure, invoice, expenses etc.
  • Experience with Coupa enhancements changes and issue fixing within the system.
  • Creation of sourcing forms objects procurement/invoicing approval chains dynamic account validation rules charts of accounts business account security groups and technical/business roles in Coupa.
  • Experience with Coupa Release management for new product releases and maintenance.
  • Experience working with various integration partners and 3rd party consultants to integrate business requirements into implemented technical solutions.
  • Strong experience in Source-to-Pay Procure-to-Pay business processes.
  • Solid business knowledge in the procurement area & provided standard or customized solutions to business requirements.
  • Experience in solution architecting and designing of Coupa integration with ERP / middleware / 3rd Party applications.
  • Experience working with Agile methodology including creating stories working in a Kanban environment participating in scrums and other Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role you'll need:

  • A strong background in configuration and support of Coupa modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A deep understanding of business requirements and how to translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience working with various integration partners and 3rd party consultants.
  • Strong experience in Source-to-Pay Procure-to-Pay business processes.
  • Solid business knowledge in the procurement area.
  • Experience in solution architecting and designing of Coupa integration with ERP / middleware / 3rd Party applications.
  • Experience working with Agile methodology.
