We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Solutions Specialist to join our organization.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in presales, solutioning, and consulting for large-scale supply chain outsourcing engagements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough due diligence and process maturity assessments with clients to build robust business cases for outsourcing.
- Create compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs, develop winning value propositions, and articulate supply chain service offerings.
- Present and defend solutions with confidence during client discussions.
- Prepare FTE estimations, location strategies, transformation roadmaps, transition plans, and support SOW creation and contract negotiations.
- Ensure seamless handovers to delivery teams and provide support during transitions to steady state.
- Collaborate with other service lines to build integrated value propositions in large, multi-service deals.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends and market developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8–15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain.
- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
- Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM engagements.
- Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across industries.
- Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.
- Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa.
- Exposure to automation, RPA, digitalization, analytics, and process mining tools.
