Human Capital Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Human Capital Management to join our team.

About the Role

This position is responsible for implementing and managing human capital management systems, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for EC Core, Time Off, and Timesheet modules.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive configuration plans for EC data models, foundation objects, MDF objects, associations, propagations, position management, business rules, people profiles, UI configurations, workflows, notifications, HRIS sync, custom portlets, RBPs, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business requirements, ensuring EC solutions align with organizational objectives.
  • Design and conduct workshops to train stakeholders on EC features and capabilities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing and managing EC Core, Time Off, and Timesheet modules.
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to Core HR.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional expertise in SAP HR module.
  • Knowledge of integration within SF Modules like ONB, Recruitment, and LMS.
