Job Opportunity: HCM Technical Specialist

This role is a technical position that requires a high level of expertise in Oracle HCM tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oracle HCM Tech (Integrations, Data Conversion, Reports, Fast Formulas)
  • Functional Coverage of Compensation and Equity area in Oracle
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Extract, API Integration, and HDL Imports

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as an HCM Techno-Functional Engineer or Integration Engineer
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
