Human Capital Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Management (HCM) professional to lead the implementation of our HCM solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of HCM business processes and data flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex functional issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Mentor and guide team members, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle.
  • At least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations experience, including 2 with HCM Cloud.
  • Expert working experience in OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, ORC, Security, Helpdesk, or Core HR modules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership capability, and problem-solving skills.
