Director of Growth Strategy

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to lead our sales and client services teams, focusing on forging new business partnerships and driving revenue. This role will be based in Bangalore, India, where you will set up our branch office and establish relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing and executing a growth strategy that drives 10x growth in 5 years
- Developing and implementing robust sales processes, including pipeline management and account planning
- Building close relationships with key customers and expanding sales channels and partner networks
- Attracting and onboarding top talent and fostering a motivating environment to retain them
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience working with CMOs, preferably in Fortune500 companies
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and ability to engage with CMOs
- Ability to mobilize and organize teams effectively and take calculated risks
Salary Estimate: ₹15 lakhs - ₹25 lakhs per annum (dependent on location, experience, and qualifications)
