
Business Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the performance of client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure effective management.
- Develop strategies to minimize team attrition and shrinkage.
- Lead the team in performance management.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues beyond employee authority.
- Manage schedule changes, call-ins, and staffing issues for a smooth business operation.
- Support absent employees' duties for seamless operations.
- Ensure high service standards and attention to detail among team members.
- Delegate tasks to team members effectively.
- Organize daily activities and workflows.
- Recruit and interview new hires based on company requirements.
- Supervise and mentor team members, providing training as needed.
- Train employees in safety procedures and update training accordingly.
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with other teams to spearhead marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and data analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
