Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize daily activities and workflows.
  • Recruit and interview new hires based on company requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, providing training as needed.
  • Train employees in safety procedures and update training accordingly.
  • Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other teams to spearhead marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of success.
