Product Development Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Development Leader to drive growth and expansion for our product lines in target markets.

This role requires a strong leader who can execute strategies by working closely with sales teams to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will also work with vendors to develop product growth plans that meet their expectations.

  • Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and provide market intelligence.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales teams to formulate and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring margin maintenance and revenue growth.
  • Inventory Optimization: Plan and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for sales teams while minimizing cash flow impact.
  • Market Analysis: Identify new market opportunities, build connections with institutions, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with customers to understand market dynamics and support key accounts.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and vendor requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of work experience
  • 8-10 years of sales experience
  • Any graduate or postgraduate educational background
  • Experience in geographically diverse markets such as India, the Middle East, or Africa
