Training Operations Coordinator

  We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to support our team of trainers deployed at client sites.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consolidated trainer deployment schedules across locations, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and exit formalities for trainers, guaranteeing a smooth experience for all stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report trainer performance, feedback, and other management information systems (MIS) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date and reliable MIS for all training sessions, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Track training coverage, attendance, and effectiveness through data analysis and reporting, enabling informed decision-making.

  The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and coordination skills, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office, strong time management and multi-tasking abilities, and exposure to training operations or automobiles.
