Learning Content Specialist

We seek an experienced instructional designer to create engaging learning programs.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-quality training materials for classroom delivery and digital platforms.

  • Analyze customer training requirements as documented in certification design documents
  • Write clear, concise descriptions of Nutanix products and features
  • Design interactive learning content that meets standards and guidelines
  • Perform peer reviews to ensure quality standards are met
  • Act as an instructional design subject matter expert (SME) to other teams
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong design skills and ability to take a storyboard and develop engaging content using rapid authoring tools
  • Excellent writing skills and experience in creating formal content for professionals
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter ability and independence
Nice to Have:
  • IT industry experience
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Program management experience
