Central Reservation Manager Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive - Central Reservation. The role involves overseeing the accuracy of reservations put into the system by individual hotels in accordance with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure settlements are properly done.
  • Follow up with B2B clients to whom credit has been extended as and when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in hotel reservations
  • Knowledge of hotel booking systems and procedures
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 2 Years' experience as a supervisor/Executive in Reservation/Front Office department of a 3*/4* Hotels.
  • Minimum Graduate at any stream. A diploma/degree in Hotel/Hospitality management will be preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi speaking.
