Job Description

The release coordinator plays a pivotal role in executing the release and deployment process. This involves coordinating the release lifecycle end-to-end, improving effectiveness, efficiency, performance, and vulnerability.

  • Manage escalation activities in the release and deployment management process.
  • Audit the quality of change orders and TIRs.
  • Review and validate documentation to ensure all required actions have been accomplished.
  • Manage risks and resolve issues affecting the release scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Produce management information metrics on release schedules.

This role requires excellent English communication skills, written and oral, with experience interacting with all levels of management. The successful candidate will be able to build long-term relationships with internal colleagues and demonstrate leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute specific escalation activities.
  • Perform regular audits.
  • Review and validate documentation.
  • Manage risks and resolve issues.
  • Analyze release schedules.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years ITIL Operational experience, understanding of the organization, and competent knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools. ITIL V3 or V4 Foundational qualifications are desired.
