Business Consultant Job Description

The Business Consultant role at Eniac Systems involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges. This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients, leading workshops and requirements-gathering sessions, designing and configuring solutions using Appian BPM or other BPM platforms, partnering with technical teams, conducting gap analysis and feasibility studies, providing consulting expertise, defining KPIs and reporting mechanisms, training business users, and staying updated with digital trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).

6-8 years of experience in Business Consulting with a focus on BPM/Digital Transformation.
  • -
Hands-on experience with Appian BPM or other BPM tools (Pega, IBM BPM, Camunda, etc.).
  • - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills.
  • - Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
  • - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
