Transformation leaders are shaping the future of work by leveraging digital technologies to drive innovation and growth. Genpact is a pioneer in this space, harnessing AI and data analytics to help enterprises work smarter and faster.

We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as an AVP - Lean Digital Transformation Lead. In this role, you will create and execute transformation roadmaps for high-impact projects, applying methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and digital analytics solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying areas of significant customer business impact and improvement opportunities
  • Providing strategic direction and thought leadership
  • Creating and leading transformation roadmaps in synchronization with client priorities
  • Managing cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery of digital interventions
  • Leading client conversations and driving change and stakeholder management

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An MBA or master's in finance
  • Certified project manager/master black belt
  • Experience in automation, process excellence, and banking domain

Achieving certifications in project management, design thinking, and black belt/master black belt would be a plus. We seek professionals with thought leadership, risk-taking abilities, and strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
