Job Role Overview

A leadership position is available for a Transformation Lead to drive improvement initiatives across assigned verticals and customers. This role involves collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and COOs to develop and execute strategies that enhance productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to identify and develop talent, and experience in Lean Digital Transformation. They must be able to create and deliver a continuous improvement agenda, aligning resources and efforts to achieve business objectives.

The Transformation Lead will partner with operational teams to identify opportunities for value-share and revenue assurance, while also ensuring smooth delivery of functional and vertical goals at a global level. Key responsibilities include program managing digital twin deployment, identifying digital use cases, and prioritizing resource alignment to stabilize mega wins.

Additionally, this role involves de-risking operations through risk control and best practice frameworks, orchestrating operational excellence, governance, and transformation rigor to optimize short-term improvement and long-term value creation.

The successful candidate will hold themselves and their organization accountable for delivering on client commitments and owning agreed and prioritized transformation initiatives.
