As our Senior Director of IT, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and be instrumental in:

Requirements

For this high-visibility role, we are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:

  1. ">
  2. 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior roles leading significant IT transformations (40+ staff).">
  3. Proven hands-on experience and comfort working within smaller, agile organizational structures.">
  4. A track record of successfully transforming underperforming IT departments into strategic assets, delivering measurable results against cost, quality (defects), and performance (EBITDA).">
  5. Deep expertise in IT automation and the practical application of AI/ML within an IT setting to drive business value.">
  6. Strong understanding of ITIL framework, operational excellence, cloud computing, and IT service management best practices.">
  7. Extensive experience supporting the IT infrastructure of digital marketing and call center ecosystems.">
  8. Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster strong cross-functional collaboration.">
  9. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's preferred.">
