About this Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • To guarantee compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory environments and take necessary actions.

  • Support the team in preparing agendas and recording minutes of board meetings and general meetings.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth compliance management.
  • Draft, review, and update compliance policies and frameworks as per regulatory demands.
  • Provide guidance and training to teams on compliance-related matters.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance principles.
  • Proficiency in regulatory reporting and statutory filings.
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
