Job Title: Marketing Executive

In just a short time, the company has sealed a deal with investors, partnered with a celebrity as its brand ambassador, ranked among the Top 100 shopping apps, and became the first saree brand on Quick Commerce. With bold moves and rapid growth, Sudathi is reshaping affordable ethnic fashion.

To fuel further growth, we're seeking a Marketing Executive who can excel in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

This position demands creativity, adaptability, and a focus on results. The ideal candidate will be a marketing generalist who can handle strategy and execution simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Manage social media activities – content planning, posting, engagement, and community building.
  • Support SEO and content marketing efforts with keyword research, blogs, and website optimization.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce creative assets for ads, social posts, and campaigns.
  • Track and report performance metrics using analytics tools.
  • Contribute to email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns with effective copy and timely execution.
  • Research competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.
Required Skills:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, and content creation.
  • Ability to use analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, email campaigns, and WhatsApp/SMS marketing.
  • Organizational and project management skills with attention to deadlines.
