Human Resources Generalist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening, and shortlisting top talent based on job requirements, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. They will facilitate smooth communication between candidates, departments, and stakeholders, guaranteeing timely and efficient interviews. Additionally, they will welcome new employees with a comprehensive onboarding experience, setting them up for success within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and select top candidates who meet job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Facilitate communication between candidates, departments, and stakeholders.
  • Onboarding Process: Welcome new employees with a comprehensive onboarding experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, track supplies, and procure office infrastructure and equipment as needed.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Create, update, and manage databases containing personnel, financial, and other critical data.
Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of experience in administration or human resources
  • Possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
