Compensation and Benefits Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits professional to join our HR team in Hosur, near Bangalore. This role is focused on compensation and benefits management, ensuring that our pay and benefits programs are competitive, compliant with laws, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Analysis
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
  • Design and implement compensation policies in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to inform compensation decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-7 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
  • Must have worked in the Electronics Manufacturing industry or similar sector.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation and benefits.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry. Please note that this role is not suitable for candidates specialized in payroll processing, HR generalist roles, HR business partners, or talent acquisition.
