Job Summary:

The ServiceNow Workflow Specialist – FMCG Domain is a pivotal role that requires expertise in designing, developing, and integrating workflows on ServiceNow with MDM platforms like Informatica and Stibo. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in workflow development and integration, with a strong understanding of the FMCG domain, including SKU lifecycle and product data management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow workflows for SKU creation and product data processes.
  • Integrate workflows with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Stibo STEP).
  • Support and enhance Skelta BPM workflows.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
  • Lead workflow lifecycle: design, testing, rollout, and support.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and demos for business teams.
  • Ensure workflows meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of workflow development and integration experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design.
  • Experience with FMCG domain (SKU lifecycle, product data management).
  • Integration knowledge with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP.
  • Experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
