We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a head of sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the SaaS and HR Tech sectors.

Job Overview:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve targets for SaaS-based HR Tech products.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the HR Tech sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct market research and present product demos to potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and market strategies.
  • Manage and close enterprise deals effectively.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales team members.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS and HR Tech sectors.
  • Proven expertise in closing large deals and managing high-value clients.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in target-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Familiarity with HR technologies, trends, and SaaS-based solutions.
  • Proficient in sales analytics and forecasting.

Estimated Salary: ₹22 Lacs - ₹32 Lacs per annum in Indiranagar, Bangalore.
