Key Financial Role

The organization is seeking a skilled finance professional to play a vital role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial discipline, preparing accurate statements, and providing insights to drive business growth.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounts receivables & payables, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Manage day-to-day book-keeping and accounting entries.
  • Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate with auditors to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
  • Maintain proper documentation for tax and legal audits.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
  • Assist in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Implement and strengthen financial controls and accounting systems.
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy in operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or CA/Inter CA/MBA (Finance).
  • 4–5 years of finance experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
