About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Operations Manager to lead our finance team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth.

  • Manage and coordinate financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and taxation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or related field.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software.
  • Hands-on experience in AP and AR.
  • Knowledge of real estate accounting and taxation.
  • CPA candidate or enrolled CPA.
