Financial Leadership Position

We are seeking an accomplished Assistant Manager: Business Finance to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product costing, plant accounting, and management information systems (MIS), as well as expertise in SAP (FICO/MM) and Microsoft Excel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and controlling Plant P&L, variance reports, and cost reduction initiatives. They will also drive monthly and annual financial closures in alignment with corporate budgeting requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and analyzing Plant P&L, variance reports, and cost reduction initiatives
  • Driving monthly and annual financial closures in alignment with corporate budgeting
  • Handling product costing (BOM-based), COGS/COGM, standard vs. actual cost analysis
  • Owning capex, RM and opex budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Driving value engineering and cost optimization & Material Accounting
  • Monitoring and controlling plant inventory (RM, WIP, FG, spares)
  • Implementing inventory reduction strategies in coordination with controls
  • Driving SAP-based reporting, automation, and controls (FICO/MM/SD modules)
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and leading automation/efficiency projects
